Our Advocacy Story
Partners in Advocacy Leadership (PAL)
The PAL program was created by the American Farm Bureau Federation to help train advocates for agriculture and accelerate personal development for engaged members of our organization.
Ben Menges was selected to participate in the 11th Partners in Advocacy Leadership class. The program consists of four module series:
-Media Engagement
-Policy Engagement
-Stakeholder Engagement
-International Engagement

Organizational Involvement
The Menges family is extremely involved in agriculture organizations and are passionate about advocacy.
Ben currently serves in the following leadership roles:
-Graham County Farm Bureau President
-Arizona Farm Bureau Board Member
-Arizona Cattle Growers' Member At-Large
